E.  Educational Opportunities

[§304A-801]  Program of equal educationalopportunity; coordinating office of educational services for the disadvantaged. (a)  There is established a program of equal educational opportunity as anintegral and major program of the university.  The university shall providemonetary and human resources toward developing and planning an equaleducational opportunity program.

(b)  There is created a coordinating office ofeducational services for the disadvantaged at the university which shall havethe responsibility and authority to coordinate, develop, and evaluate programsof equal educational opportunity. [L 2006, c 75, pt of §2]
