§311-6  Expenditures; reports. Expenditures by commission members shall be made upon warrants issued by thestate comptroller based upon vouchers approved by the governor or thegovernor's duly authorized representative.  A report of the activities and expensesof the commission members and a proposed program for the State's continuingparticipation in the activities of the compact for education, including abudget request, shall be submitted by the governor to the legislature.
