§319-1  Definitions.  As used in thischapter, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

"Department" means the department ofbudget and finance.

"Director" means the director offinance.

"Plan" means the Hawaii dentaleducation plan.

"WICHE" means the Western InterstateCommission for Higher Education as described in chapter 304A, part VII, subpartD. [L 1976, c 132, pt of §2; am L 2006, c 75, §10]
