[§321-12.5]  Certified forensic examinationfees.  (a)  The department of health, by rules adopted pursuant to chapter91, shall establish fees for application and certification as certifiedforensic examiners, to be paid by the applicant at the onset of the applicationprocess.  The fees shall cover the costs of training, examination,certification, and monitoring.

(b)  All moneys collected as fees pursuant tosubsection (a) shall be deposited into the mental health and substance abusespecial fund established by section 334-15.

(c)  All funds deposited in the mental healthand substance abuse special fund pursuant to subsection (b) shall be usedexclusively to support the activities relating to the application, training,certification, and monitoring of the certified forensic examination program. [L1995, c 214, §1]
