[§321-12.5]  Certified forensic examination
fees.  (a)  The department of health, by rules adopted pursuant to chapter
91, shall establish fees for application and certification as certified
forensic examiners, to be paid by the applicant at the onset of the application
process.  The fees shall cover the costs of training, examination,
certification, and monitoring.



(b)  All moneys collected as fees pursuant to
subsection (a) shall be deposited into the mental health and substance abuse
special fund established by section 334-15.



(c)  All funds deposited in the mental health
and substance abuse special fund pursuant to subsection (b) shall be used
exclusively to support the activities relating to the application, training,
certification, and monitoring of the certified forensic examination program. [L
