§321-14  License to practice certainoccupations.  It shall be unlawful for any person to practice any of theoccupations specified in section 321-13(a)(1) without a license so to do; anyperson wishing to obtain a license to engage in any of the specifiedoccupations shall make application to the department of health, in accordancewith such rules as shall be prescribed by the department under section 321-13,and any such application shall be accompanied by an examination fee for suchlicense.
