§321-172  Children's mental health servicesbranch.  There is established within the department of health, mentalhealth division, a children's mental health services branch which shallcoordinate the effective and efficient delivery of mental health services tochildren and youth, including services provided by private nonprofit agenciesunder contract to the department of health, and be responsible for thedevelopment and implementation of centralized and highly specialized programsfor children and youth.
