§321-173 Community mental health servicesfor children and youth. There is established within each community mentalhealth center a children's mental health services team which, in conjunctionwith other public and private agencies, shall develop and provide a network ofpreventative, early identification, screening, diagnostic, treatment, andrehabilitative services for children and youth based on the needs of eachgeographic region in which the community mental health center is located. Thechildren's mental health services teams shall cooperate with and promote thecoordination of the activities of local public and private agencies servicingchildren and youth in their particular geographic area.
