§321-176  Biennial review of progress. Every two years, starting January 1, 1979, the department of health, on orbefore January 1 of each two-year cycle, shall submit to the legislatureand the governor a report setting forth:

(1)  A detailed analysis of the progress made towardfulfilling the statewide children's mental health services plan developed undersection 321-175; and

(2)  Other matters which are necessary or appropriate,including recommendations for any amendment to any law, any change in theadministrative practices and patterns of organization, the current andprevailing memoranda of agreement, and any change in the levels and patterns offinancial support.
