[§321-231]  Grants.  The state systemmay seek and accept any funds or property and other desirable support andassistance from any source whatsoever, whether gift, grant, services or anycombination thereof, subject to applicable laws.  In the event that any grantapplications are made in relation to the state system, or any componentthereof, the department shall consult with the advisory committee and providetechnical assistance in the preparation, management, or administration of theapplication or the grant, or both.
