[§321-30]  Human placenta.  Uponnegative findings of infection or hazard after appropriate testing of themother, the human placenta may be released by the hospital to the woman fromwhom it originated or to the woman's designee.  The department shall establisha release form which shall stipulate appropriate measures for the safe releaseof human placenta.
