XXV.]  MATERNAL AND CHILD HEALTH PROGRAM



 



[§321-321]  Purpose.  The purpose of
this part is to enable the department of health to assure the availability of
programs and services which promote the health of women of childbearing age,
mothers, families, infants, children, youths, and adolescents.  These programs
shall further the State's goals of providing for the health and well-being of
women and mothers and help to insure that healthy babies become healthy adults.
