[§321-325]  Agreements.  Incarrying out the purposes of this part the director of health may:

(1)  Enter into agreements with the United States andwith other state departments, agencies, and political subdivisions, and enterinto assistance agreements for services with profit organizations incorporatedunder the laws of the State or nonprofit organizations determined to be exemptfrom the federal income tax by the Internal Revenue Service, and allocate andexpend any funds appropriated for the purposes of such agreements and do allthings necessary to accomplish the purposes and provisions of this part; and

(2)  Establish standards and review procedures toassure that recipients of state funding provide the services and facilitiesnecessary to accomplish the purposes for which the funds are provided. [L 1988,c 203, pt of §1]
