[§321-37]  Child abuse and neglect secondaryprevention programs.  The department may provide secondary preventionprograms which contain a continuum of services starting from before birth andending in education for the adult parenting responsibility.  The types ofprograms to be provided may include but need not be limited to, prenatal,perinatal bonding, interaction with infants, support for parents of infants inneed of extra services, home visitor programs, mutual aid programs, childscreening for early identification and remediation of social and healthproblems, and education for parenthood.
