§321-372  Definitions.  As used in thispart:

"Department" means the department ofhealth.

"Director" means the director ofhealth.

"Tattoo artist" means any person whocreates indelible marks or decorative designs by introducing pigments beneaththe surface of the skin, resulting in permanent or semi-permanent markings,with the aid of needles, electric machines, hand tools, or other devices ormeans.
