§321-41  Educational program.  Thedepartment of health may formulate and put into effect throughout the State aneducational program for the purpose of preventing cancer and of aiding in itsearly diagnosis.  In the furtherance of this program, the department may assistand cooperate with all territorial, state, and national organizationsconducting educational programs for the prevention and control of cancer.
