[§321-411]  Definitions.  As used inthis part:

"Department" means the department ofhealth.

"Director" means the director ofhealth.

"Publicly owned building" means anybuilding or structure, including a hospital or a school, that is owned, leased,or operated by the State; provided that it shall be a building or structure inwhich individuals employed by the State work during normal operations. [L 1994,c 234, pt of §2]
