§321-45  Cancer examination.  Cancerexaminations shall be part of a statewide comprehensive cancer control plan tobe developed by the department.  The plan shall include provisions for cancerexamination, including cervical cancer screening.  The department shall workwith other government agencies, health care providers, health insurers, andothers to improve the overall rates of screening, early diagnosis, andtreatment of cancer.
