§321-53  Funds.  The director of financeshall be the custodian of all moneys appropriated for or received by thedepartment of health from any sources whatso­ever for the purposes of this partand shall deposit such moneys in the fund for children with special healthneeds.  All expenditures and withdrawals from the fund shall be upon warrantsissued by the comptroller of the State upon vouchers properly approved by thedirector of health.
