§321-72  Sources of ionizing radiation;federal-state agreements.  The governor, on behalf of the State, may enterinto agreements with the federal government providing for discontinuance ofcertain of the federal government's responsibilities with respect to sources ofionizing radiation and the assumption thereof by the State.
