§322-35  Amount paid owner.  Wheneverproperty is improved under this part and the comptroller sells the property soimproved to satisfy the lien established in consequence of the improvement, theowner shall be paid out of the proceeds of the sale an amount not less than theassessed value of the property before its improvement.
