§323D-11  State health planning anddevelopment agency.  There is established within the department of healthfor administrative purposes only, the state health planning and developmentagency.  The state agency shall be headed by an administrator who shall beappointed by the governor subject to section 26-34.  The state agency shalladminister the state health planning and cost containment activities asrequired by law.
