§323D-17  Public hearings required.  Inthe preparation of the state health services and facilities plan or amendmentsto the state health services and facilities plan, the state agency and thestatewide council shall conduct a public hearing on the proposed plan or theamendments and shall comply with the provisions for notice of public hearingsin chapters 91 and 92.
