[§323D-18.6]  Confidentiality ofinformation.  The state agency may adopt rules in accordance with chapter91 to provide that information submitted to the state agency by providers ofhealth care and health care insurance concerning recipients of health care orhealth care insurance, or both, shall be confidential.
