§323D-42  Review panel.  There isestablished a review panel for the purposes of reviewing applications forcertificates of need.  The review panel shall be appointed by the statewidecouncil.  The review panel shall include at least one member from each countyand a majority of the members shall be consumers.  Membership on the statewidecouncil shall not preclude membership on the review panel established in thissection.
