§323D-53  Periodic reports from healthfacilities.  Any health facility or business subject to regulation underthis part shall, at the request of the state agency, supply such information tothe state agency as is necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter,including but not limited to:

(1)  Periodic reports from holders of certificates ofneed respecting the development of the proposals for which certificates havebeen issued,

(2)  Master plans, feasibility studies, and otherlong-range plans and studies,

(3)  Financial information, and
