[§323F-7.5]  Regional system boards;delegated authority.  If the Hawaii health systems corporation board isunable to act on important transactions in as timely a manner as thechairperson of the corporation board deems reasonable, the chairperson of thecorporation board may further delegate authority to the regional system boardsto take action on specific matters.
