[§325-111]  Definitions.  As used inthis part, unless the context otherwise requires:

"Department" means the department ofhealth.

"Director" means the director ofhealth.

"Participant" means an injection druguser who exchanges a sterile needle and syringe unit pursuant to the program.

"Program" means the sterile needleand syringe exchange program. [L 1992, c 152, pt of §2]
