[§325-115]  Program oversightcommittee.  The director shall appoint a sterile needle exchange programoversight committee to provide assistance and advice in the oversight of theprogram.  The committee shall meet periodically with the director to monitorthe progress and effectiveness of the program and to examine available datacompiled by the program.
