[§325-19]  Rubella testing of pregnantwomen.  Every person permitted by law to attend a pregnant woman in theState, during the period of gestation or at delivery, shall cause a bloodspecimen from that woman to be tested for immunity to rubella, except when thewoman does not consent or there is documentation that the woman has been testedpreviously for immunity to rubella or has been immunized against rubella.
