ยง325-32ย Immunization against infectiousdiseases.ย The department of health may adopt rules requiring and governingimmunization against typhoid fever, pertussis (whooping cough), diphtheria,tetanus, poliomyelitis, measles, mumps, hepatitis B, rubella, haemophilusinfluenzae type B, and any other communicable disease, if a suitable immunizingagent is available for the disease and a need for immunization against itexists within the State.ย The department may also provide vaccines and otherimmunizing agents to private and public health care providers foradministration to the general public.
