§325-33  Performance of vaccination andimmunization.  Vaccinations or immunizations required of any person underthis chapter shall be performed by duly licensed physicians or paramedicalpersonnel under their direction, advanced practice registered nurses, physicianassistants, or by authorized representatives of the department of health.  Arecord of the immunization shall be maintained by the physician, physicianassistant, or advanced practice registered nurse and shall be available to thedepartment of education for school entry requirements and the department ofhealth.
