§325-56  Penalty.  Any physician orother person permitted by law to attend pregnant women, and any other person,who violates this part or any rule of the department of health adopted pursuantto this part, may be fined in an amount not to exceed $1,000 per violation, tobe assessed by the director of health.  The director of health is authorized toimpose the penalty pursuant to this section.
