§325-73  Protection of record; penalty. The department of health shall cause all reports made in accordance with theprovisions of section 325-71, and also all results of examinations showing thepresence of the bacilli of tuberculosis, made in accordance with section325-72, to be recorded in a register.  The register shall remain in the care,custody, and control of the department.  The department may disclose thecontents of any such report or record to relatives or officials of social andwelfare organizations in the State.  The information disclosed to suchofficials shall not be divulged by them so as to disclose the identity of anyperson to whom it relates.
