§325-76  Examinations for tuberculosis. 
(a)  Examinations for tuberculosis required or recommended by the department of
health, including skin tests, x-rays, and other tests as may be appropriate for
tuberculosis control purposes, shall be provided by the department at no
charge.



(b)  If any person suspected of having
communicable tuberculosis by the department of health refuses to complete the
examinations ordered by the department after having been notified by the
department that such examinations are necessary, any court of competent
jurisdiction, upon application to the court by the department, may order the
person to be examined in a manner and by a facility acceptable to the
