§325-76  Examinations for tuberculosis. (a)  Examinations for tuberculosis required or recommended by the department ofhealth, including skin tests, x-rays, and other tests as may be appropriate fortuberculosis control purposes, shall be provided by the department at nocharge.

(b)  If any person suspected of havingcommunicable tuberculosis by the department of health refuses to complete theexaminations ordered by the department after having been notified by thedepartment that such examinations are necessary, any court of competentjurisdiction, upon application to the court by the department, may order theperson to be examined in a manner and by a facility acceptable to thedepartment of health.
