§326-28  Kalaupapa store prices; penalty. It shall be unlawful for the department of health or its agents to sell oroffer for sale any merchandise at the Kalaupapa store at prices exceeding theactual cost thereof, free on board steamer or any other means of transportationat Honolulu.  Any person violating this section shall be fined $25 and inaddition thereto shall, in the discretion of the department, be subject toremoval from office.
