[§327E-14]  Judicial relief.  Onpetition of a patient, the patient's agent, guardian, or surrogate, or ahealth-care provider or institution involved with the patient's care, any courtof competent jurisdiction may enjoin or direct a health-care decision or orderother equitable relief.  A proceeding under this section shall be governed bypart 3 of article V of chapter 560.
