§327E-6  Decisions by guardian.  (a)  Aguardian shall comply with the ward's individual instructions and shall notrevoke the ward's pre-incapacity advance health-care directive unless expresslyauthorized by a court.

(b)  Absent a court order to the contrary, ahealth-care decision of a guardian appointed pursuant to chapter 560 takesprecedence over that of an agent.
