[§327G-13]  Judicial relief.  (a)  Onpetition of a principal, the principal's agent or guardian, a health careprovider, or a health care institution involved with the principal's care, anycourt of competent jurisdiction may enjoin or direct a mental health caredecision or order other equitable relief.  A proceeding under this sectionshall be governed by part 3 of article V of chapter 560.

(b)  Any such petition filed shall includenotice of the existence of an advance mental health care directive and a copyof the directive shall be provided to the court. [L 2004, c 224, pt of §2]
