§327-18 - Immunity.
[§327-18] Immunity. (a) A person thatacts in accordance with this part or with the applicable anatomical gift law ofanother state or attempts in good faith to do so is not liable for the act in acivil action, criminal prosecution, or administrative proceeding.
(b) Neither the person making an anatomicalgift nor the donor's estate is liable for any injury or damage that resultsfrom the making or use of the gift.
(c) A person who documents the making,amending, or revoking of an anatomical gift under this part may rely uponrepresentations of the individuals listed in section 327-9(a)(2),(3), (4), (5),(6), (7), and (8) relating to their relationship to the donor or prospectivedonor unless the person knows that the representation is untrue.
