[§327-24]  Hawaii organ and tissue educationspecial fund.  There is established in the state treasury the Hawaii organand tissue education special fund.  Moneys collected under section 286-109.7shall be deposited into the fund.  The fund shall be administered anddistributed by the department of health and shall be used exclusively forpublic education programs and activities on organ, tissue, and eye donation.
