[§327-26]  Relation to Electronic Signaturesin Global and National Commerce Act.  This part modifies, limits, andsupersedes the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, 15United States Code section 7001 et. seq., but shall not modify, limit, orsupersede section 101(a) of that Act, 15 United States Code section 7001, orauthorize electronic delivery of any of the notices described in section 103(b)of that Act, 15 United States Code section 7003(b).
