§327-34  Claimants; surrender.  Anyperson may claim a body held by a university, hospital, or institution, asprovided in this part, upon payment of the expenses incurred in obtaining,preparing, and handling the body.  Upon receipt of such claim and payment, theuniversity, hospital, or institution shall surrender the body to the claimant.[L 1967, c 240, pt of §1; HRS §327-34]
