§327-37  Exceptions.  No dead body shallbe subject to this part if:

(1)  Death appears to have occurred under any of thecircumstances set forth in section 841-3, in which case chapter 841 shallapply;

(2)  The decedent was an honorably discharged memberof the United States armed forces, in which case the decedent shall be buriedin accordance with law; or
