[§328B-7]  Exception to liability.  Nopharmaceutical manufacturer shall be liable for any claim or injury arisingfrom the return and reuse of any prescription drug pursuant to this chapter,including but not limited to liability for failure to transfer or communicateproduct or consumer information or expiration date information regarding thetransferred drug.
