[§328-10.5]  Regulations for exemption fromlabeling requirements.  The director may adopt regulations exempting fromany labeling requirement of this part food which is, in accordance with thepractice of the trade, to be processed, labeled or repacked in substantialquantities at establishments other than those where originally processed orpacked, on condition that such food is not adulterated or misbranded under theprovisions of this part upon removal from such processing, labeling orrepacking establishment.
