[§328-115]  Inspection.  Wholesaledistributors shall permit agents of the department, agents of the department ofcommerce and consumer affairs, and authorized federal, state, or local lawenforcement officials to enter and inspect their premises and deliveryvehicles, and to audit their records, written operating procedures, and listsof responsible persons, at reasonable times and in a reasonable manner, to theextent authorized by law.
