§328-44  Bad food; bait.  No storer oroperator shall place in cold storage any article of food if diseased, tainted,or deteriorated so as to injure its keeping qualities or if not properlyslaughtered, handled, and prepared for storage; provided that this sectionshall not apply to bait to be used for fishing purposes.  All such bait shallbe stored in rooms specially set aside for such purposes.
