§328-51  Causing preventable deteriorationof; penalty.  Any person who by interference, intimidation, orcarelessness, causes or permits preventable deterioration or waste inconnection with the marketing of such fishes or their preservation, or who preventsor attempts to prevent lawful cold storage of such fishes, shall be fined notmore than $200, or imprisoned not more than three months, or both.
