§329B-5 Substance abuse testing proceduresand interpretation of test results. (a) Prior to the collection of anysample for substance abuse testing, the individual to be tested shall receive awritten statement of the specific substances to be tested for and a statementthat over-the-counter medications or prescribed drugs may result in a positivetest result.
(b)Â In accordance with this section, thedirector shall adopt rules pertaining to:
(1)Â The qualifications, responsibilities, andlicensing of the medical review officer;
(2)Â The method of transmittal of laboratory testresults and any interpretations of test results to the third party and thetested individual; and
(3)Â The obtaining, disclosure, and confidentiality ofsubstance abuse testing information.
(c)Â No laboratory, including a substance abuseon-site screening location, may test for any substance not included on thewritten statement containing the specific substances to be tested for.
