§329-23  Republishing and distribution ofschedules.  (a)  The department of public safety shall republish theschedules annually or more often, as may be necessary to update the schedules.

(b)  The department of public safety shallpublicly announce and, in addition, shall make available to the public copiesof any changes to the schedules as such changes are made. [L 1972, c 10, pt of§1; am L 1979, c 194, §4; am L 1990, c 281, §10]
